My stepdad has been working on a huge project for months now and he’s ready to make a deal with some investors. I fly home to surprise him and lend some support, but I took the red-eye and I am exhausted. Since no one knows I’m coming in anyway, I just get a cheap room at the hotel by the airport to get some dream and not wake him in the middle of the night before his big day.
